Become a member and enjoy the community
As a member of ABAO you will be able to attend all the season’s titles, in the selected
seat and on the selected day (Monday, Tuesday, Friday or Saturday). Reserves are made
automatically. Moreover, you can register or deregister at any time during the season
without being charged any fees. As a member you will have a card that will give you
access to Euskalduna Bilbao on the day of the performance.
The card is nominative but can be lent to third parties.

At the ABAO we want to bring opera to all audiences. Therefore, we offer
a youth pass aimed at people up to 35 years of age. The member card is
transferable but only to people under 35. A supporting document will be
requested at the entrance to the shows.

by instalment
If you don’t want to pay for your membership all at once, you can pay in 12 convenient instalments. And enjoy opera right from the start.
Better seating
The best seats are reserved for members. You may change the day and area on a yearly basis.
Change the day of the performance
If once in a while you cannot attend a performance, you can change to another day. By phone or in our offices. The first change in the season is free and the following cost €6.
Discounts outside the pass
You will have priority in the purchase of tickets at special prices for all shows outside the pass (concerts, recitals, ABAO Txiki...). Moreover, up to 15% discount in the purchase of additional tickets for the opera titles.
10% for bringing another member
For each new member you bring to the community, you will have a 10% discount in your pass for the current season.
Backstage tours
As a member, you will get to know the ins and outs of the preparation of an opera.
Exclusive conferences
Enjoy the analysis of each opera for free at the conferences we offer in the Auditorium of the Fine Arts Museum.
