Loiola joins as a new associate

ABAO Bilbao Opera and the developer LOIOLA have signed a collaboration agreement to promote the dissemination of culture and opera within the framework of the 74th Opera Season, with LOIOLA joining as an Associate. The agreement establishes an institutional partnership and reinforces the construction company’s commitment to ABAO’s artistic and social project.

Part of the Altuna y Uria Group, LOIOLA is one of the leading property developers in the Basque Country. Over more than 55 years of activity, it has developed a portfolio of over 5,000 homes and expanded through projects in the Basque Country, Catalonia, and Andalusia. Its developments focus on the regeneration of their surroundings and are guided by principles of sustainability and energy efficiency.

ABAO Bilbao Opera currently works with more than fifty partner companies, whose contributions across the various collaboration models—together with support from public institutions—account for nearly 26% of the organisation’s budget.
