To whom do we disclose your data?
Your data shall be processed by ABAO BILBAO OPERA, unless there is a legal obligation to do otherwise, and shall be disclosed to banks and financial institutions as part of the completion of ticket and subscription sales. Data may also be disclosed to service providers who access the data in their capacity as data processors and with whom the corresponding data processing agreement has been entered into.
How long do we retain your personal data?
The personal data you provide shall be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing, or for as long as it is necessary to comply with legal obligations. In any case, data shall be retained until such time as any liabilities deriving from the purchase of tickets or subscriptions have been settled, or until you withdraw your consent in relation to commercial communications and surveys. Once the data is no longer required, it shall be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymisation or complete destruction.

To interact with ABAO BILBAO OPERA on social media platforms, users must hold a profile on the relevant platform and accept the relationship with our official account. If so, ABAO BILBAO OPERA may access the user’s profile in accordance with the parameters set by the social network concerned and may interact with the user through messages, publications, and participation in competitions and prize draws.
